Easy Supper

Box of pasta (I like Barrilla rigatoni)
6 inch diameter head of broccoli

Cook together. Drain. Put back in pan. Cut up broccoli so the florets all fall apart.
Drizzle with olive oil and mince 2-4 garlic cloves. (This time I did 2 large ones but should have done more).
Pepper, parmasen cheese and sea salt (regular if you don't have but I highly recommend sea salt).

Tasty

I'll have to give this recipe a shot. The kids may not like the garlic, but they'll get some plain - just broccoli and pasta. George and I can then enjoy the garlic! Thanks for sharing...

I like kosher salt better then sea salt.. Although Williams and Sanoma have great sea salts, they are flavored. Yummy!

This was great. Winner, winner, chicken dinner...well, pasta dinner. Speaking of chicken George thought that a variation with chicken and nuts (I suggested pie nuts) would also be good. Thanks for sharing. We really enjoyed this.
