I was just thinking about all my random thoughts....and they don't really fit on Facebook....so I kept thinking...where could I put them...
Oh right....
my BLOG!!!
So here they are...in no particular order
I am soooooo sick of seeing Kim Kardashian in uber tight clothes...actually I am so sick of seeing Kim K at all! Enough! Are we going to see a pic of her a day now that she is prego?! She is famous for ---nothing!
Is it a slow news day---the Duggars are considering adopting MORE kids? I mean 19 isn't enough (or is it 20--who knows)?! How about getting to know the kids you have, spending more time with them with less of the older kids raising the young ones?? And then if the parents STILL have extra time, they can go see their grandkid(s).
Feels good to get those off my chest. I can't think of any others.
I saw a Funny or Die video with Jim Carrey on Hee-Haw pretending to be Charles Heston. It was worth checking out. Jim's facial expressions always crack me up.

Garnier shampoo...getcha some!
I am a Bzz agent and received some fabulous goodies for me to try and share recently.
I have used the Garnier Hydra Recharge Shampoo for the past week. At first, I thought the shampoo was pretty thick and I wasn't sure it was going to spread out and become sudsy but once I started scrubbing my hair, it had more suds than my normal Matrix shampoo. I loved the little blue dots in the shampoo. With all the suds, it has been cleaning my hair more. My hair is really silky and smooth as well; more so than with my previous shampoo and conditioner.
AFter this week, I think my hair is silkier. I have been using the with leave in conditioner as well and both are fabulous. I will definitely be purchasing in the future.
Leave in conditioners....
I am a Bzz agent and received some fabulous goodies for me to try and share recently.
For the past three days, I alternated Matrix generic conditioner vs. Garnier Hydra Recharge 1-Minute Moisture-Plenish Treatment . They are both leave in for one to three minute conditioners. The first day, I used my Matrix generic (it has all the ingredients that Matrix does). I have been using this one for two years at the recommendation of my hairdresser. My hair is colored and tends to be dry at the ends. This conditioner has helped to make my hair silky and much smoother. Of course, it worked once again this day.
The next day, I tried Garnier Hydra Recharge 1-Minute Moisture-Plenish Treatment. I left it in for at least a minute and rinsed. I did my hair the same way both days. I was very surprised after drying my hair and putting part of it up, that my hair felt silkier and smoother. I quite liked it. Just to be sure, I also it the Garnier Hydra Recharge 1-Minute Moisture-Plenish Treatment once again this morning and again, the results were the same....silkier than my previous 1 minute leave in conditioner. I am quite pleasantly surprised.
I am a convert and will definitely be purchasing this in the future.

Cafe Escapes review
I am a Bzz agent and received some fabulous goodies for me to try and share recently.
I was very interested to try the vanilla and caramel Cafe Escapes kcups when I received them. I had tried a different brand of caramel before and it was good but had a bit of an aftertaste. I was a bit apprehensive to try this brand of caramel but was hoping it was different and tasted more like the drinks I get at Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. It would be nice to be able to whip up a great cup of Joe instead of having to drive fifteen minutes from my house to get one! Luckily, I love the Cafe Escapes brand! I loved the caramel. It had no weird after taste...just delicious caramel flavored coffee. I also like the vanilla, not as much as the caramel but my friend down the street liked the vanilla so much she bought more with the coupon I gave her. I also just purchased more caramel and I am looking forward to many days of enjoying Cafe Escapes from the comforts of my home.

What's new?
Havent posted many real posts here lately....about the kids and life.
So here is one!
Both the older boys are doing great in karate although that means I am there for 1.5 hours since they are in the younger and older classes. They are both in scouts this year as well although they go back and forth about wanting to do it next year.
The hubby and I just got back from a 2 night stay at our friends in GA. It was great to see them and do things with no kids! Shopping and movies---it was just fun :) Korey is not happy about the Superbowl contenders though! oh well...next year.
There was supposed to be a HUGE snowstorm today and I told the kids there was going to be no school for sure. Yup, NOTHING. Crazy! The kids have a Picture People appointment later so I hope there will be very little to no snow then as well. It's the last day I can use this great $18 coupon for tons of pics. Hoping for a good pic of the 3 boys together. Keep your fingers crossed!
I have been working out a lot this month...no weight lost but at least I am going!
Time to get the youngest ready for school!

Drink up, folks!!!
So everyone know that my husband is a big beer guy and I like other drinks
but I got this awesome chalice from bzz agent and had to try out this beer...
and my friends and I like it! It had a good head, it wasn't too dark and strong but had a great taste.

So try it out....
and then buy yourself a cool chalice too! Beer tastes better in it!
