Have you tried Morning Star's new veggie cakes? Walmart had them today...they come in southwestern style and also ginger teriyaki.
Basically they are sticky rice with assorted stuff in them (beans, corn, peppers, cheese for southwest and carrots, edamame, water chestnuts, bok choy for ginger ones).
I really liked them.
We grilled them and they tasted good w salsa for the southwest ones and soy sauce for ginger ones.

Just catching up on the life of LEPF. I love the color in the kid's bathroom - it goes great with the monkey stuff. Very cute!! And um, yuck about the coyote urine... eww. It looks like your flowers are coming up nicely! I am still waiting for lilac blooms here.
