1 small red cabbage sliced and chopped
1 cup of sunflower seeds (i didnt use as i couldnt find)
1 cup slivered almonds (toasted at 325 degrees but i think they would be okay if not)
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 packages beef ramen noodles (cook 3 minutes without the spice rack; break into 4 pieces to cook)
cool and drain noodles before mixing and also chop up
1/2 cup oil (i used vegetable but might try others)
1/3 cup cider vinegar
Mix and pour on salad
I am going to try chopped carrots in it next time; maybe a cup.
Anything else you can think of?
