A local city put all the names of people who haven't paid their dog licence on Facebook.
Hopefully a little embarrassment will get them to pay up. I think we paid a whopping $7. Whoopee.
I had hoped my town would put all the bozos who haven't their high school tuition difference on a website as well. If they don't pay, we town taxpayers get to pay.
Just my two cents of the day!
