1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
12 oz. container of Cool Whip
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 stick of margarine
1 cup confectioner's sugar
Crush Oreos in a blender a few at a time and put in bowl and set aside. Mix pudding and milk in large bowl, mix in Cool Whip and mix well. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and margarine, add confectioner's sugar. Add this mixture to the pudding mixture and mix well. Alternate layers cookie mix then pudding mix. Start and finish with the cookie mix. Refrigerate overnight.
Add gummy worms to top before serving.

YUM! We went to a BBQ today and I tried to find something yummy and easy to make. I should have looked here :)
