Chicken BBQ Recipe

This is from my neighbor and what's for supper tonight!

BBQ Sauce:
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. honey
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl, and pour over 1lb. thawed chicken breasts. Marinate for at least 4-6 hours (I do it overnight). Grill the next day, or bake in the oven with the sauce over it at 375 until done (depends on how thick the chicken pieces are). Make 1 box rice pilaf (or 4 servings of white or brown rice), and 2 cups green beans. Mix the beans into the rice, and then place the chicken over the rice and bean mixture with the sauce. Serve immediately, or leave it like that and heat it up in the pan all together.
