Tortellini with Cream Sauce, Proscuitto, & Peas

Tonight I made a tasty supper so I decided to share...

Tortellini with creamy white sauce with proscuitto, peas, onions and garlic

Creamy White Sauce
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cup milk
2-3 cloves of garlic

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Saute a bit. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add more milk depending on desired consistency.

While doing the above, cook 2 packages or the family package of Bertoli tortellini. Drain.

In another pan, saute 1/2 to whole small/medium onion (and clove of garlic), add 1/2 to 1 cup of peas and 5 slices of thinly sliced proscuitto torn apart.

Mix all together when everything is done!
